Return & Refund Policy

Shipping

All orders are shipped within two (2) business days. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a tracking number for your order. taj salon spa boutique is not responsible for your package once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier. 

Orders can not be altered or canceled once they have been shipped. 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for an even exchange or a store credit (less shipping) within 14 days from the date received.

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Clothing items must be unworn, unaltered and in the original packaging with the tags still attached.
  • All special orders, seasonal and clearance items are final sale.

Items can be returned in store or shipped back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs and the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either issue a store credit or ship the item you selected in exchange.

In the case where any item has been ordered and paid for that is out of stock (circumstances beyond our control) we will gladly issue you a full refund.
