Return/Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the internet business, in the case where any item has been ordered and paid for that is actually out of stock (circumstances beyond our control) we will gladly issue you a full refund. 

Items ordered through pre-orders, sale items, swim wear, accessories, and personal care items are a final sale.


NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON SPECIAL ORDERS OR PREORDERS. These items have been specially ordered just for you, therefore, a refund cannot, under any circumstance, be issued. If you order a pre-order item along with an in-stock item, your order will ship together unless you notify us and are willing to pay an additional shipping fee for the item you would like ahead of time.

We only replace new, regular priced items if they are defective or damaged.  Refunds will be given due to a manufacturer defect or on any damaged items. We take pictures of all our items that we deem necessary before shipment in order to protect ourselves against fraudulent returns/phony defects. We take pride in what we sell and have an actual store front location, so items that are on the floor are ready for purchase, therefore, rarely defective.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at boutique@tajsalonspa.com. 

The replacement policy is two weeks. If more than two weeks has passed, we cannot offer you an exchange.

We will exchange for a different size if we have the size you need in stock.  You are responsible for all shipping costs and the item you are returning must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.  If your exchange is rejected you will have to pay for return shipping.

We will gladly give you store/website credit for the amount you paid (less s/h) if you change your mind for any reason (not applicable on special orders, preorders or sale items). Store credit will be issued once the item has been shipped back and we find it to be in the original condition.  Items must be in original packaging, with tags attached in order to receive a credit. Please notify us within two weeks of receiving your package.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

REFUNDS CANNOT BE GIVEN UNDER ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE.

Each order comes with a tracking number. Once items are dropped off and/or picked up by the PO, we are no longer responsible for the order. Orders need to be delivered to a home in a secure neighborhood or delivered to a trusted friend to alleviate packages from disappearing. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.

Kickee Pants Presale Orders with a percentage down must be paid in full within 48 hours of the final invoice, or the deposit will be forfeited, no exceptions.
